On the 25th of August in 1882, the old plant in Hausen, Bavaria, was granted a diploma for the magnificent application of Cobalt Blue Under Glaze by King Ludwig II of Bavaria. Since that time, Kaiser Porcelain decorates dinnerware and art porcelain in this fascinating manner. In 1970, Kaiser Porcelain decided to present the first commemorative plates in limited numbers, which are real treasures for all art collectors and connoisseurs.
