Mason Jar Tissue Holder

  1. Step One:

Remove the lid from your mason jar. You can discard the center metal piece of the lid. Spray paint both the mason jar and the lid. Set to the side to allow time to completely dry.

  2. Step Two:

Once the spray paint on the lid and mason jar are completely dry you will now apply the wording to your jar. Secure your stencil to your jar and with your foam paint brush lightly apply the black acrylic paint to your stencil. Once you have completely painted the wording onto your jar, set it to the side to dry.

  3. Step Three:

Now you will take your foam board and place it flat onto the table. Place your lid on the foam board and with a pen trace the outline of the inside of the lid and cut out your outline with your scissors. In the center of your outline draw a plus sign and cut along the lines. This will be where you pull your tissues through the lid. You can now put your foam outline into the lid and set it to the side.

  4. Step Four:

Cut open you box of tissues and remove about a quarter of the tissues. Fold them over and insert them into your mason jar. Before you put your lid on the jar, pull up the first tissue and pull it through the center part of your lid. Now you can secure your lid to the jar. You are now finished with your Mason Jar Tissue Holder.
